PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: October 01, 2024
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the types of information collected and processed by A.A.I. (Alive Artificial Intelligence) and its affiliates (“A.A.I.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, and any other digital products and services offered by A.A.I. that link to this Policy, as well as our offline services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please refrain from accessing or using our Services. Any undefined capitalized terms used in this document will have the meanings assigned to them in the A.A.I. Terms of Service.
When you access or use our Services, we may gather information about you. The specific types of information collected depend on how you interact with our Services. Some information is essential for us to provide our Services. If you choose not to provide certain information, or if you request its deletion, you may lose access to some features.
Information You Provide Directly:
We may collect information directly from you when you use our Services, communicate with us, create an account, subscribe to newsletters, or participate in promotions. This information may include, but is not limited to:
While you are not obligated to provide this information, please note that some features of the Services may not be available without it.
We, along with our third-party vendors — such as ad networks and analytics providers like Google Analytics — automatically collect information about the computers or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access our Services. This is done using cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
The types of information we may collect include, but are not limited to:
We may also track your access frequency and usage patterns, including how you navigate our site or mobile application. This information helps us analyze user engagement, determine popular features, evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness, and improve our Services.
Our third-party vendors may also use cookies, clear GIFs, pixel tags, and similar technologies to gain insights into user behavior, personalize experiences, conduct research and analytics, and enhance our Services. For example, these technologies may help us customize the Services to your preferences, save passwords in secure areas, monitor page visits, manage content, and compile usage statistics. Additionally, we may employ these technologies in emails to track response rates, see when emails are opened, and monitor whether they are forwarded.
While most web browsers accept cookies by default, you can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to fully utilize our Services, as they may not function properly without them. As we adopt new technologies, we may also gather information through additional methods. For more details, please visit All About Cookies.
When you use our Services, we may collect general location information, such as your approximate location inferred from your IP address.
We may also gather information about you from third-party sources, such as referrals from other users or data from social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram when you interact with our profiles. If you connect to your account using a third-party account (e.g., Facebook or Google), we may collect information from that account based on your permissions. This process is optional, and you will be prompted to grant permission when connecting. You can revoke this permission anytime by disconnecting A.A.I. from your third-party account settings. We may retain previously collected information from you.
We may use your information for various purposes, including:
We may combine the information collected through our Services with data obtained from other sources. Additionally, we may aggregate or de-identify data collected through the Services, which can be used for research and marketing purposes.
We may disclose your information under the following circumstances:
· Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliates—entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with A.A.I. Our affiliates will use the information in a manner consistent with this Policy.
· Vendors: We may disclose your information to employees, consultants, and other vendors who require access to perform services on our behalf. This includes those providing data storage, payment processing, technology support, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, legal services, and marketing.
· Safety and Protection: We may disclose certain information if we believe it is necessary to protect or defend A.A.I. or other parties, enforce this Policy, our Terms of Service, or safeguard the rights, property, or safety of A.A.I., our affiliates, users, or the public.
· Advertising and Analytics: While we do not currently engage in advertising, we may in the future share some of your information with advertising and analytics partners. These partners may use cookies and tracking technologies to help us analyze data, deliver targeted advertising, and understand your online activity. For details on managing your web browsing information for advertising, see the Online Analytics and Tailored Advertising section below.
· Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law enforcement or legal processes, such as responding to warrants, subpoenas, or other regulatory requirements.
· Business Transfers: We may share information during negotiations or the completion of mergers, sales of company assets, financing, or acquisitions of all or part of our business.
· Your User Content: Actions you take, such as creating User Content or participating in Group Chats (in app updates), may be visible to other users. For example, shared Characters you create may be made available to others, and your Group Chat communications will be accessible to other members of that chat.
· Other Disclosures with Consent: We may disclose your information to non-affiliated third parties based on your explicit consent or direction.
Analytics:
We may utilize third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to
analyze user interactions with our Services. These vendors employ technologies
outlined in the “Information We Collect Automatically” section to track how
users engage with the Services, including identifying the third-party websites
from which you arrive. The information collected may be disclosed to or
directly collected by these vendors, who use it to evaluate your usage. We may
also leverage Google Analytics for advertising-related purposes, as described
below. If you wish to prevent Google Analytics from using your information for
analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Tailored Advertising:
Although we do not currently engage in advertising, we may allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies or other tracking technologies on your devices in the future. This information may be used to (a) inform, optimize, and serve marketing content based on your previous visits to our website and other online services, and (b) report on the effectiveness of marketing content related to visits to our online services.
Third-party entities, such as ad networks and servers (e.g., Google Analytics), may also deliver tailored marketing and access their own tracking technologies on your devices. These parties may provide options to opt out of targeted advertising. You may receive tailored ads through your web browser, with cookies linked to de-identified data derived from information you voluntarily provided (e.g., your email address), which may be shared with vendors in a hashed, non-human-readable format.
For more information on tailored advertising and how to control cookies on your device, you can visit the following opt-out links:
To manage how Google personalizes Display Advertising, visit the Google Ads Settings page. Please note that even if you opt out of tailored advertising, you may still receive advertising content through our Services, though it may not be customized to your interests. We do not control the availability or accuracy of the opt-out mechanisms provided above. Additionally, if your browser is set to reject cookies when visiting these opt-out pages, or if you erase your cookies, switch computers, or change browsers, your opt-out preference may become ineffective.
We provide you with several options regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information:
Profile Information:
You can deactivate your account through your account profile page. You also
have the ability to verify, correct, update, or delete certain information via
your profile.
Marketing Communications:
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, follow the instructions provided in those
emails. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect
administrative emails regarding the Services, such as updates to our Terms of
Service or this Policy.
Cookies and Analytics:
You can opt out of certain cookie-related and analytics processing by following
the instructions in this Policy.
Rights to Information About You:
Depending on your jurisdiction, local laws may grant you specific rights
concerning your information. You may request that we:

Please be aware that some information may be exempt from these requests under applicable law. We may retain certain information for legal compliance and to secure our Services. Additionally, if you ask us to delete information essential for providing the Services, you may lose access to them.
You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights under applicable law. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or its processing for targeted advertising. For details on opting out of future targeted advertising, refer to the section on Tailored Advertising above.
If you have questions about your rights under applicable law or would like to exercise them, please contact us at [email protected].
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing requests. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your requests.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to appeal if we deny your request. We will include details on how to exercise this right in our response to any denied request.
